Commercial Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, product sales, deliveries, warranties and returns supplied by Aithan Industrial Supplies (Pty) Ltd. By accepting a quotation or placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

Commercial, Pricing & Payment

60% deposit is required before procurement or commencement of work.
The remaining 40% balance is payable before final delivery or dispatch.
All quotations remain valid for 30 days.
Prices are subject to stock availability and supplier price changes.
Quoted prices exclude VAT unless specifically stated.
Changes to ordered quantities require a revised quotation.

Delivery & Order Fulfilment

Delivery dates are confirmed once an order is placed.
Free standard delivery applies to qualifying orders above R10,000.
Standard dispatch is 3–4 working days after payment reflects.
Courier delays beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Transit damage must be reported within 3 working days.
Signed proof of delivery confirms successful receipt.
Out-of-stock products may be placed on back-order with customer notification.

Warranty

All products include a 12-month store warranty.
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Warranty claims require product inspection.
Products modified, abused or incorrectly installed are excluded from warranty.
Verified defective products will be repaired or refunded where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Approved returns may incur a 25% handling fee.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after inspection.
Customers purchasing electronically may qualify for a 7-day cooling-off period under the ECTA.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns remain subject to the Consumer Protection Act and company policy.
